Add support for the Deno runtime

Build rich apps with data (what we currently call BFD). Needs documentation and some basic examples!

Docs should be easier for new users to find, and have more points of entry from common actions in the interface.

Would add support for provisioning Begin apps as part of an existing (mono)repo. Likely would take the form of aiming Begin at a specific directory and getting set up from there.

Add a basic code viewer in all route views.

GitHub's Oauth scopes are quite coarse, and we are presently requesting access to private repos. Update to request public repos only unless required otherwise.

Lack of adequate first-run onboarding and direction resulted in confusion about what to do after creating a customer's app / repo, thereby failing to help them achieve their goals.

When creating a new account or provisioning new routes, nothing appears to happen in the interface. In fact, build-related operations are indeed occurring in the background, unbeknownst to the frontend, so we should surface that information better.

Our current app creation flow doesn't properly notify folks that we will create a GitHub repo on their behalf, which can come as a surprise. We need to better warn folks up front about the actions we will take to provision their Begin app.

Add a simple hello world tutorial new Begin users can follow.
